I saw this little gem the other day.
Actually, I'm surprised W didn't just stand up and hold his groin knock-kneed pee-pee dance stlye and ask condie out loud.
Check out the Tom Tomorrow post about Dub. Sounds like he's actually beginning to go insane. Not his usual drunk with power insanity, but true wig flipping, bug eyed, taking apart the VCR to find the hidden camera, saving jars of his urine for "later" style madness.
